Carbonated Beverage Filling Machine/Carbonated Beverage Production line Description: DCGF series 3-in-1 carbonated beverage filling mono-bloc is used in the PET bottle filling of gas containing beverage, such as Coco-cola, Pepsi-cola, Spirit drink etc. It is combined with bottle washing, filling and capping into one machine.

Features

1. This carbonated filling mono-bloc is made of super stainless steel. It has compact structure, good appearance, scientific and reasonable design. It is available for the bottles from 200ml to 2000ml.

2. It adopts the technology of direct contact with air conveyor and bottle inlet poking wheel, taking stead of the feeding screw and conveyors, which making it much more convenient to change the bottle shape.

3. This machine adopts advanced bottle neck clamping system, which get rid of the requirement of bottle height. So there is only a few parts need to change while different bottles are used on the same machine, such as the guide plate and the poking wheel.

4. Perfect stainless steel bottle gripper of rinsing avoids the secondary contamination by no touch with the bottle screw parts.

5. It is equipped with high speed filling valve of high precision filling.

6. The capping head adopts constant magnetic torque device to ensure the high capping quality without damage. High efficient cap settling system, cap feeding system and no bottle no cap system make the whole capping system perfect.

7. It adopts spiral descent fashion for the support plate for bottle bottom at the outlet thumb wheel. It removes the need of adjusting the inlet bottle height for change bottle models.

8. This carbonated beverage filling machine adopts advanced PLC control and touch screen. The key electric elements are from international famous brand.

9. No bottle, no filling: the machine only starts to fill when there is bottle, because there is sensor to check the bottle. It will avoid the waste of the bottle and beer. The rate of the broken bottle is less than 0.7% and the waste of the beer is less than 0.8%.

10. CO2 injection, long shelf life. The filling process is cleaner and pure due to its CO2 injection, and more stable because of isobaric filling operation. Using CO2 injection to realize the second evacuation ensure no O2 and bacteria in the bottle, guarantee the filling quality and the shelf life. 

11. Easy change, save time. It can be suitable for different bottle height by the up and down device. Nylon board is easy to change. It takes less than half an hour to change the changeable parts. Therefore, this machine is the best ideal choice for beer factories. 

  



Option

Anti-foaming system: Cold or hot sterile water with high pressure to push out the neck air, reduce the TPO amount.

Twice vacuum filling and pressure preparation: The true sense of isobaric filling method, mechanical two step valves open design to make sure the beer filling process stable and the beer quality will be stable too.

Capping system: whole machine adopts mechanical transmission technology, for replacing the pneumatic capping, it will be more stable and worked more harmoniously.

PLC control system: Adopt international famous brand Mitsubishi PLC controlling system and Siemens touch screen, reliable and adjustable. And we use Schneider electronic element to ensure the machine performance.
