Application:
Used to produce panel radiators with width of 310mm, 520mm and length from 1000m to 4000mm.
Features:
Whole process is fully automatic from decoiler to panel stacking.
Adjustment could be made easily when changing panel radiator types.
The multispot welder adopts AC frequency controller.
The seam welders adopt 3 phase mid-frequency inverter controller, saving electrical consumption
up to 50%.
Two short sides of radiator can be welded by ARC welding or seam welding.
Each sector of the production could be individually controlled. There is also the function that if any of them has mistake, the whole line would stopped automatically.
